My idea is to scan in a hand-sketched lighter, but instead of a flame coming out of the tip I was going to manipulate photos of Chinese lanters/kites to be tethered to the mouth of the lighter.  The lanterns and kites will float in the middle of the composition and form a new picture with the totality of their shapes. The background will be most likely a flat grey color, to make the colors in the lanters and lighters pop more. That and my other compositions had more intricate environments in the background, so this time I will be trying to focus more on the object itself rather than the surrounding environment.
